FAQs
No. There are no minimum order requirements — order a single cover or several hundred. You can mix and match sizes, designs, and quantities however you'd like, with no setup fees.
And the more you order, the more you save — quantity discounts
kick in automatically as your order size grows, so larger orders (schools, marching bands,
corporate giveaways, dealer co-ops, safety programs) get progressively better per-unit pricing.
No setup charges. We'll help you size your artwork to fit our covers at no additional cost.
Our rule of thumb is simple: whatever you send us is what we'll print. For the best results, send us the highest-resolution artwork you have — vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) work best, and high-resolution raster files (300+ DPI) also produce excellent results.
We can discuss possible charges if we have to recreate artwork or clean up art of lower resolution.
NOTE: Colors can sometimes be tricky to match (especially Blues and Reds) so BE SURE to give us some kind of guidance (either color charts or actual samples) as to your specific colors. Although we can't always match exactly using a dye sublimation process, we'll always try or best!
Our maximum imprint area is 29 inches in diameter, available on our XXXL JumboPLUS and XXL Jumbo covers. You will be able to choose your imprint size during the order process.
We accept CorelDraw - .CDR, Adobe Illustrator - .AI, Adobe .EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) files, .PDF, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG.
All type fonts should be converted to artwork or curves. If you are able to send us your actual font file(s), that would be extremely helpful. All GIF, PNG and JPG files should be higher in resolution -- at least 300 DPI.
Measure the diameter of the item you want covered at its widest point, then choose the size class that includes that measurement.
If you're between sizes, contact us with your measurement and the item type and we'll recommend the right fit.
NOTE: When you're choosing your imprint size for graphics, be sure to build in a "buffer" area around the outer edge so that your graphic does not bleed off and disappear.
For most custom orders, there is no need for a proof. What you design on our site represents a close proximity of what you receive IRL (in real life).
If you require a proof, we'll send you a digital representation for approval before going to production so you
can confirm the artwork looks the way you want it.
All of our covers start as white fabric, and we print your chosen background color (and design) directly onto them using dye-sublimation.
We can produce virtually any background color or pattern you want — just provide a Pantone (PMS) color number or RGB color number combination (3 numbers) as a reference.
Not exactly, but we can usually get very close.
Dye-sublimation printing has a slightly different color profile than offset or screen printing, so an exact 1-to-1 match isn't guaranteed. If color precision is critical to you, we recommend sending us an actual sample of a printed item (we will always return it to you with your order) so that we may do our magic and get it just right.
Yes (as close as possible), with one caveat. Send us a physical sample — a swatch of fabric, a paint chip, a uniform piece — mail it to us and we'll match it as closely as possible.
If you don't have a physical sample the next best option (not as effective) is you can provide a color number (Pantone - PMS, or RGB are best), and we'll print to that reference number to get as close as the sublimation process allows.
Yes, in most cases. As long as you provide the correct diameter of the item being covered, your background color or design will be sized to cover the entire front-facing surface.
On some of our smaller sizes, you may see a small white border around the very edge — let us know in advance if this is a concern and we'll do our best to minimize it.
Not quite. During production, covers are placed on printing plates, and the portion that wraps around the underside of each plate cannot be printed.
Your design will fully cover the front-facing surface of the item, but the underside (where the elastic gathers) will remain unprinted. This is normal and consistent across the industry for covers of this style.
Stretchable Covers are made from the highest-quality polyester microfiber. Our material is durable, machine washable, and holds full-color dye-sublimation prints beautifully without fading or cracking.

Yes. Our microfiber covers are machine washable on a gentle cycle in cold water. We recommend air drying or tumble drying on low heat to maximize the life of the print and elastic.
NOTE: Never use bleach.
Our standard production time is 10-15 working days, the fastest in the industry for fully custom-printed covers with no minimums.
YES. If you need your order sooner than 15 working days, we offer two options for RUSH SERVICES: Rush Production and Priority Rush. These options appear during the order process.
(Rush charges don't apply to shipping. You'll have several shipping methods to choose from at checkout, so you can dial in the right balance of cost and speed.)
It depends on the order. We use USPS for most international shipments and smaller domestic orders. For larger U.S. orders, we ship via FedEx or UPS — whichever offers the best combination of delivery time and value for your destination.
Unfortunately, we no longer accept POs in lieu of prepayments.
You are welcome to provide a PO for paperwork identification purposes (if a PO is required as part of your purchasing procedures) along with a pre-paid check for the total amount due.
We produce custom orders only after payments are received.
Because every cover is custom-printed specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is when there is a clear error on our part — in that case, we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you.
We strongly encourage you to review your artwork carefully before approving production.
